A significant proportion of the work performed on-site can now be delivered more efficiently using these techniques.
How does it work?
Copley & Associates, Inc. has in place a remote management center where a number of its clients are able to be monitored over the IP network used by the internet. Clients utilizing our remote management/support service have management agents active on their servers which are purchased at implementation time. We have a number of management and diagnostic tools in place to allow us to detect network problems before they come critical and rectify those problems remotely from our office.
This software also allows our engineering staff to perform routine network management tasks such as creating users, assigning users to applications and managing network access security.
